Connect Fittings to Hydraulic Manifold

NOTE: Refer to manual MAN0156 Loader Mounting Kit
#111768 for installation of loader valve kit #40532
NOTE: Loader valve hose kit #1002656 will be required
to complete this installation. If hose kit is already
installed, many of the fittings will need to be removed.
1. Remov e banjo screw fitting on h ydraulic line above
the RETURN port (not shown). This will allow clearance
to install RETURN port fittings.
2. Install fitti ngs , qu ic k co upl ers, dus t c aps and co lore d
bands to the hydraulic manifold RETURN port as shown
in Figure 17.

3. Install fittin gs, quick couplers, dust c ap and colored
bands to the hydraulic manifold POWER BEYOND
(PBY) port as shown in Figure 18.
