7 Troubleshooting

This section will help you identify the source of most problems that can occur with the XPower inverter.

If you have a problem with the inverter, please review this section before contacting Xantrex Customer Service. If you are unable to solve a problem and need to contact Xantrex, please prepare for the call by writing down the following details:

•Inverter’s serial number

•How long the inverter has been in use

•Where it is installed

•Appliances operating when the problem occurred

•A brief description of the problem
