2.In the [Properties] frame, select [Mail Notice Settings].

3.Set the following items.

Notice Frequency - This setting specifies the frequency of sending the status of an e-mail to members of the Mail Recipient list.

Notice Day (Weekly) -- Specifies the day of the week that e-mails are sent if the Notice Frequency is set to Weekly.

Notice Date (Monthly) -- Specifies the date when the e-mails are sent if the Notice Frequency is set to monthly.

Notice Time -- Specifies the time of day to send the e-mail notice.

IP Reject Frequency -- Specifies the number of rejections before sending an e- mail notice to users whose IP addresses are not registered in the permitted addresses list.

Domain Reject Frequency -- Specifies the number of rejections before sending an e-mail notice to users whose domains are not registered in the permitted domains list.

Next Notice Date -- Displays the next transmission date.

Recipient Mail Address -- Specifies up to three recipient e-mail addresses for mail notices.

4.Select [Apply New Settings]

Test E-mail

Follow the steps below to test e-mail.

1.Load the documents.

2.Press the <E-Mail> button to select the features.

3.Specify the destination using the numeric keypad on the control panel.

4.Press the <Start> button.

The document will be scanned and converted to the format that you specified. Then it will be sent as an E-mail attachment.
