UNDERSTANDING THE PAPER PATH

When you add a high-capacity feeder to your system, only the beginning of the paper path changes, which is the source of paper supply.

The following figure illustrates the simplex paper path of a printer with the high-capacity feeder.

If you have the stitcher/stacker option, the paper path is the same, except there is only one tray for the output (other than the sample tray).
