Using Commercially Available Speakers or Cables

You can use commercially available speakers instead of the supplied Center Speaker, Front Speakers, Surround Speakers, or Subwoofer. You can also use commercially available speaker cables instead of the supplied cables.

Notes

•Use a speaker with 6-ohm impedance or more. If a speaker with less than 6-ohm impedance is used, the protective circuit may trip or the speaker may malfunction.

•Use magnetically shielded speakers. If these speakers still create interference with the monitor, place the speakers away from the monitor.

•Make sure the speaker cable you use is the same thickness as the supplied cable.

•Use speakers of the same manufacturer and quality, if possible. If the quality of each speaker differs, the voice of a moving person may become unnatural.
