Yamaha Engine Management System (YEMS)

This model is equipped with an inte- grated, computerized management system that controls and adjusts ignition timing, fuel injection, engine diagnostics, and the Off- Throttle Steering (OTS) system.

Multifunction meter

This meter contains the following functions for help and convenience in operating the watercraft.

1Tachometer

2Hour meter/Voltmeter

3Speedometer

4Fuel meter

5Fuel warning indicator

6Engine overheat warning indicator

7Speedometer display select switch

8Hour meter/Voltmeter display select switch

9Check engine warning indicator

0Oil pressure warning indicator

CAUTION:

Do not run the engine for more than 15 seconds when checking the operation of the meter on land. The engine could overheat.

NOTE:

●When the engine is started, all displays light up for 2 seconds and the buzzer sounds 2 times. Then, the meter starts to operate normally.

●The current display will continue to oper- ate for 25 seconds after the engine stops.
