TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIR

RHEOSTAT REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT

Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel. DESCRIPTION

The following procedure will aid the technician in accessing and removing the output control rheostat for maintenance or replacement.

MATERIALS NEEDED

5/16” Nut driver

Small slot head screw driver 9/16” Open or box end wrench 5/16” Open or box end wrench Needle nose pliers
