4.Lift generator and remove 2x4.

5.Lift other end of generator and place two 2x4s between generator and pallet as shown.

6.On the muffler side of the engine, remove cap screws and flange nuts holding the heat shield

(17)to the frame. Reassemble cap screws, heat shield, wheel bracket (3), and flange nuts

(7)as shown. Tighten securely.

7.On other side, assemble wheel bracket using cap screws and flange nuts supplied. Tighten securely.

8. Using a hammer tap axle cap onto end of axle,

9.Slide one wheel (15) onto the axle with the extended hub pointed away from axle cap.

10.Slide one axle spacer (11) down against the wheel (15).

NOTE: The pallet will need to be removed before the wheel can be assembled.

11.Lift generator and slide pallet and 2x4s out. NOTE: Generator will tilt.

12.Lift generator and slide the axle (16) through the holes in the wheel brackets (3).

13.Install the second axle spacer (11) then the second wheel (15) with the extended hub facing inward.

14.Slide flat steel washer (18) onto axle against wheel.

15.Secure with cotter pin (19).
