Setting

Change the PIN code

The PIN code can be changed to your desired four-digit number.

Select "PIN code change" with the Point button, and press the SELECT button to display the New PIN code input dialog box.

Select a number by pressing the Point ▲▼ buttons. And then press the Point button to fix the number and move the pointer. Repeat it to complete entering a four- digit number. After entering the four-digit number, move the pointer to "Set" by pressing the Point button. Then press the SELECT button.

caution:

when you have changed THE PIn code, write down the new pin code in column of the pin code no. memo on page 70, and keep it securely. If you forget your PIN code, the projector can no longer be started.

Alarm

Make some settings for the Antitheft alarm function. (pp. 51-53)

Press the SELECT button at Alarm icon to display the Alarm setting box.

When the Antitheft alarm function is set, "On" is displayed. When the function is released, "Off" is displayed. See p. 51 to set or release this function.

Change the PIN code

Select PIN code change and press the SELECT button. The New PIN code input dialog box appears.

The input numbers are being displayed for confirmation.

Alarm

Select Alarm volume, Sensitivity or Ringing time with the Point ▲▼ buttons, and set each item with the Point ◄► buttons.

Press the SELECT button at the Alarm icon to display the Alarm setting box.

Set Sensitivity or Ringing time with t h e P o i n t ◄ ► buttons.

Normal sensitive.

High

Highly sensitive (default setting).

Ringing time

 

10 seconds

Default setting.

 

Ring about 10 seconds.

60 seconds

Ring about 60 seconds.

Long time

Ring until the end of the battery life.

Note:

•The Alarm icon becomes gray and cannot be selected when the Antitheft alarm function is "On", a battery is not installed, or the battery is coming to the end of its life.

•While the Alarm icon is selected, the Antitheft alarm setting buttons on the side panel cannot be operated.

•When selecting "Long time" in Ringing time, the length of alarm ringing time differs depending on the battery life.
