Installing the Wireless Base Station

 

Install the Wireless Base Station software from the Installation CD before

 

you make any hardware connections.

 

Installing the Wireless Base Station client software

 

If possible, install the client software on the computer that hosts your

 

Internet connection and with which you want to install and manage the

 

Wireless Base Station.

Warning:

Do not make any hardware connections to the Wireless Base

 

Station until the Setup Wizard asks you to do so.

 

1 Place the CD included in the box in your computer's drive and

 

start installing the software.

 

> The CD should start automatically. If it does not, please double-click "My

 

Computer", then the drive icon and finally "Setup.exe" to start the CD.

 

2 Follow the on-screen instructions for setting up your Wireless

 

Base Station.

3 In the installation program, choose your product from the list and click 'Next' to continue the installation procedure.

Wireless Base Station Client tool

Manual in PDF format

Readme document and release notes

4 This concludes the installation procedure. Please see the following sections on connecting, configuring and using the Wireless Base Station.

Should there appear any error messages or requests for additional information on the screen, then please read the entire manual and the "Troubleshooting" section.
