TX	Off	Port enabled, and no activity.
(Transmit)		Should flash green every two
		seconds indicating BPDUs
		being sent if STA is enabled
		and there is a valid link.

Green	Flashing. Indicates activity.	None.
	Rate indicates data rate.
Amber	Blinking. Port in standby.	1. Ensure that the port is not disabled.

Status)		mode (20 Mbps or 200 Mbps).
SPD	Amber	There is a link and the port is	None.
