Return Procedure
For product repair, exchange or refund, you must:
v Provide evidence of original purchase.
v Fill out the Problem Report Form (PRF) as detailed as possible for shorter product repair time.
v Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the sales representative or dealer. v Carefully pack the product in an
