What’s in This Guide

This user’s guide provides a brief introduction to the Fibre Channel Adapter and Converged Network Adapter (QLE8000 Series) products from QLogic. The primary focus of this guide is to explain the adapter driver features, management tools available on VMware ESX/ESXi 4.0, and the supported features.

For Converged Network Adapters, this guide covers only the Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE) functionality. FCoE drivers can be downloaded from the following URL:
