Now that you have mastered the basics of your phone, you are ready to learn about all the other interesting and powerful features that your phone has to offer. Use the Contact List
When you set your contacts as favorite in Lync 2013 or pin frequent contacts in Lync 2010, you can view a list of Lync contacts and their presence status on your CX5500 system. When a contact updates their presence status, such as “Available,” “Do Not Disturb,” or “Busy,” you can view their status in real time from your Contact list. You can also view your contacts’ presence status from Lines view and Home view.

Update Your Status
When you update your status on your phone, other contacts can view your updated status from their phones and in the Lync client.
You can update your status to one of the following:
●Available
●Busy
●Be right back
