3.Click the Participants tab to add participants to the conference. The Properties - Participants dialog box opens.

Select this check box to designate an operator- controlled dial-out conference connection.

4.In the Pre-Defined Participants list, select the participants to add and then click the >> button.

5.Alternatively, you can define a new participant by clicking the New button.
