Remote Cluster Administrator that provides remote cluster management functions enabling the user to manage any cluster from a Win95 or Windows NT workstation or server.

Supports IIS 4.0 and Netscape SuiteSpot 3.0

Enhances SQL configuration and deployment

Fixes SQL bugs including: Vstart uniqueness
