Step 16b Install DIGITAL Clusters for Windows NT

§Use the Cluster Checkout Utility on the Quick Launch CD to verify the connections in your cluster.

§Turn off the power for the RAID Array, and boot both servers.

§On Host A, install DIGITAL Clusters for Windows NT. Leave Host A up and running. Do not reboot the server at this time.

§On Host B, install DIGITAL Clusters for Windows NT.

§Turn on power for the RAID Array.

§Reboot the servers one at a time.

§Run the DIGITAL Cluster Administrator on both servers to verify the cluster installation.

§Use the DIGITAL Cluster Administrator to set up your shared disks in failover groups.

§Install DIGITAL Clusters for Windows NT client software on each client as needed.
