∙Storage Options

A variety of options are available for the StorageWorks RAID Arrays. For example, the RA450 supports a redundant HSZ50 controller, which requires additional controller software, optional cache battery packaging, additional power supplies, and spare EMUs. These options must be purchased separately. The only exceptions are the required rackmount mounting options, which are included in the rackmount kits.

Expansion Cabinets

Additional storage capacity can be added to the same SCSI bus through the expansion cabinets listed in the following table. Please note the requirements.
