Connecting the Cables

To establish a new coax networking system through the CC100, reroute the CATV/Antenna signal source over coax toward the CC100 ‘TV/Antenna’ port and connect the CC100 ‘HCNA’ port to the original coax entrance to the building. The CC100 works as a Combiner for TV and HCNA signal. In each dwelling unit, use the HCNA EP to extract the TV signal and Ethernet packets. See Figure 2 for the detailed cabling in one MDU,
