To control the DVD Changer Receiver, press one of the MODE buttons first. Functions of the buttons vary depending on the mode.

1STANDBY/ON button [23, 59]

Turns on the DVD Changer Receiver or puts the DVD Changer Receiver in Standby mode.

2MODE buttons [22, 56, 58-62]

For selecting the component to be operated by the remote controller. Press one of these buttons first before controlling the DVD Changer Receiver.

3INPUT SELECTOR 2/3 buttons [52-54]

Press to select the input source.

4Number buttons (1-9, +10, 0) [33, 39, 41, 48, 50, 58, 59]

Use to perform direct title/folder and chapter/track searches, and to input numerical values.

5MEM (--/---) [39, 46, 58, 59]

For programming DVDs, CDs, Video CDs and MP3s. Also for learning a pre-programming code.

6A-B button [37]

Press at the beginning and end of the section you want to repeat or to mark a location you want to return to.

7REPEAT button [37]

Press repeatedly to select the repeat mode.

8TOP MENU (CH –) button [37, 38, 48, 59]

Press to call up the top menu programmed on the DVD. Depending on the DVD, the top menu may be identical to the DVD menu. When controlling your TV, use to select the previous channel.

9ENTER button [33, 39-48, 50, 51, 60, 62]

Press to enter settings.

0RETURN button [45, 47]

Use to go one menu back (current settings are maintained). Use RETURN when you do not want to change the option setting in a menu.

-7 button [34, 58]

Press to stop playback. Pressing once enables playback to resume from a point shortly before the location where it was stopped. Pressing twice causes the disc to return to the beginning of the disc when playback starts again.

=8 button [34, 58]

Press to pause playback of a disc. Press again to resume playback.

~1/¡ buttons [35, 36]

During playback of DVD and Video CD, press ¡ to perform fast forward scanning or 1 to perform fast reverse scanning of DVD and Video CD. When a CD or MP3 is loaded, audio scanning is performed.

!STEP/SP B button [31, 36]

In DVD mode, press STEP during playback to view still frames.

Then press and hold 1/¡ to view step playback. Or press 1/

¡repeatedly to advance playback frame by frame. In RCVR/VCR mode, press to select “Speaker B”.
