Stopping Playback

To Select a Disc

1 Remote controller

Press 7.

When you press £/8 on the unit or £ on the remote controller to restart playback, playback starts from the location where you stopped playback because the location index is stored in memory.

Notes

The location where playback resumes may vary depending on the disc or the scene where you stopped.

Resume playback is not available for MP3 discs.

Resuming playback from the beginning

Press 7 again after stopping playback to clear the location index memory, then press £/8 to start playback. Playback starts from the beginning of the disc.

Press one of the DISC 1 to DISC 5 buttons or press DISC SKIP repeatedly.

Notes

When component video is connected, you can use Progressive scan. Progressive scan is not available if S-Video or Composite video is connected.

If you connect a TV that is not compatible with a progressive scan signal and choose “Progressive”, the picture may be distorted. Be sure to choose “Interlaced” if your TV is connected using either the Composite or S-Video terminals.
