Console Cable

AConsole cable is an 8-conductor RJ45-to-DB9 cable. One end of the cable has an RJ-45 plug for connecting to the switch’s Console port, and the other end has a DB-9 socket connector for connecting to the serial port on the terminal, as shown in Figure 71.
