CAUTION! Exercise extreme care when installing or removing DIMM modules to prevent any possible damage.

Memory Support

The X8DTT-H+ series serverboard supports up to 192 GB of registered ECC DDR3- 1333/1066/800 SDRAM, or 48 GB of Unbuffered ECC/Non-ECC 1333/1066/800 MHz memory.

Note: Check the Supermicro web site for recommended DIMMs.

Installing Memory Modules

1.Insert each memory module vertically into a slot following the charts below. Pay attention to the notch along the bottom of the module to prevent inserting it incorrectly.

2.Gently press down on the DIMM until it snaps into place in the slot (see Figure 5-2).

3.Repeat for all DIMMs. See tables below and on following pages.
