Wake On LAN allows the system to wake up upon detection of any activity on the LAN.

Power Button Behavior sets the desired system power state when the power button is pressed.

Suspend Mode selects the type of Suspend mode.

After Power Failure sets the mode of operation if there has been an AC power loss. Power Off causes the system to remain off when power is restored. Power On causes the system to start up when power is restored. Last Statecauses the system to return to the state it was before power loss.

Boot Menu

The Boot menu allows you to set the priority of the booting devices. There are six possible devices:

Removable Devices

Hard Drive

CD-ROM

IBA 4.1.06 Slot 0238 (LAN Intel 82551QM#2)

Use the up or down arrow key to select a device and press the plus (+) key to move the device upward or minus ( −) key to move it downward.

Exit Menu

The Exit menu contains the ways of exiting the Setup program.

Exit Saving Change saves the changes you have made and exits the Setup program.

Exit Discarding Change exits the Setup program without saving any changes.

Load Setup Defaults loads the default values for all Setup items.

Discard Changes loads previous values for all Setup items.

Save Changes saves the changes you have made.
