Product Information Label

The product information label on the unit contains the following information about the specific unit:

Part Number

Revision

Manufacturing Date Code

Product Model

Country of Origin

Lantronix Datamatrix Barcode

MAC Address (also used as Serial Number)

Note: The hardware address on the label is also the product serial number. The hardware address on the label is the address for the Ethernet (eth0) interface.

The first three bytes of the hardware address are fixed and identify the unit as a Lantronix product. The fourth, fifth, and sixth bytes are unique numbers assigned to each unit.
