Using LANVIEW

The A2H254‐16 supports the Enterasys Networks built‐in LANVIEW LED visual diagnostic and status monitoring system. The LANVIEW LEDs on the A2H254‐16 are located as shown in Figure 4‐1. These LEDs allow you to quickly observe network status for diagnosing switch and network problems.

Note: The terms flashing, blinking, and solid used in Table 4-1indicate the following:

Flashing: LED is flashing randomly.

Blinking: LED is flashing at a steady rate (approximately 50% on, 50% off).

Solid: LED is on steady and not pulsing.
