4.2.3 Installing the AirStation Manager Software

For security reasons the AirStation Manager software will only normally be installed on the configuration PC. This means that only an administrator has access to configure the AirStation Manager settings. To install the AirStation Manager, on the configuration PC, follow these steps:

1Insert the AirStation Series Driver CD into the CD-ROM drive. If the Simple Installation Wizard dialog box is displayed, proceed directly to step 5.

Note: You should close all applications before beginning the installation process.

2On the Start menu, select Run. The Run dialog box is displayed.

3Enter d:\wleasy.exe (where d represents the CD-ROM drive) in the Open: field.

4Click OK.

The Simple Installation Wizard dialog box is displayed.
