MOUNT TIME
The amount of time required to initialize and mount a ZeusIOPS SSD varies according to the operating system (Windows®, Linux®, etc.) and the storage capacity of the drive.
ACCESS TIME
Unlike a magnetic rotating disk, the ZeusIOPS SSD has no moving read/write head or platter. The access time ranges from 20μsec to 120μsec. The actual access time may be affected by the operating system and the storage capacity of the drive.
DATA TRANSFER RATES
The data transfer rates of the SSD are outlined in Table 2. Access times are measured under nominal temperature and voltages from a representative sample of the drive. The access times are measured from receipt of last byte of the Command Descriptor Block (CDB) to the request for a Status Byte Transfer to the Initiator, excluding Connect/Disconnect.
