Reporting

To update an existing lead, opportunity, or case:

1.Find the lead, opportunity, or case and open the Summary page.

2.Select the Edit action button from the context area.

3.Make the changes and select the Save action button from the context area.

Reporting

CRM includes sample reports in various categories, for example Sales and Customer Care. You can run the reports on your PDA by selecting the Reports button.

Running a Report

To run a sample report:

1.Select the Reports button.

2.The Reports page is displayed.

3.Select a category from the Select Category list.

A list of reports available in that category is displayed.
