Changing the Status of a Communication

As well as viewing information on your tasks and appointments, you can update their status.

To change the status of a meeting from Pending to Complete:

1.Open the Communication Summary page.

2.Select Edit from end of the page.

The Communication Edit page is displayed.

3.Change the Status to Complete, and select Save.

The status of the communication is changed to Complete.
