Equipment Return If you have questions about equipment return procedures, on-site service or unit

Procedures exchange service call the Vanguard Networks Technical Support Center at (800) 544-0062 for advice and assistance.

In Case of Damage If the equipment is damaged in transit, contact the shipper.

If you have additional concerns in case of failure, about missing parts, or to return equipment, contact your nearest Vanguard Networks representative.

Customer order number

Reason for return
