Updating the KX-HGC200 Firmware Ò

The KX-HGC200 ﬁrmware written in the Flash-ROM can be updated using the update utility software. Before update, the ﬁrmware must have been downloaded in the computer to which the KX-HGC200 is attached.

The latest ﬁrmware can be downloaded from the Panasonic support web site http://www.kmelink.net/ipproducts/us/download/index.html

Note:

When the KX-HGC200 is used with the Broadband Networking Gateway and the KX-HGC200 ﬁrmware has been updated, the Broadband Networking Gateway ﬁrmware must be upgraded to the latest one also.

For more details about the latest ﬁrmware, refer to the information on the Panasonic support web site.

1	Make sure the KX-HGC200 is inserted in the PC card slot of the
1	computer and the READY indicator of the KX-HGC200 is lit.
2	Terminate the Network Manager software using its icon on the
2	taskbar, referring to p. 54 “Close Network Manager”.
	³The Network Manager icon disappears.
	³To show the Network Manager icon later, restart the computer.
3	From the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Panasonic
