lnstalling the ribbon cassette

Use Epson ribbon cassette ERC-34 (B/R).

Follow these steps to install the ribbon cassette:

Open the printer cover while lightly pressing the printer cover as shown below.

Turn the ribbon-tightening knob in the direction of the arrow to take up any slack in the ribbon.
