MultiVOIP located behind a Proxy Server at the static IP address. This static IP address will be used in the Phone Directory Database when assigning directory numbers to this MultiVOIP.

The Global IP Address box must contain the static IP address of the WAN port of the Proxy Server. The Local IP Address box must contain the local IP address of the MultiVOIP. In this case the local IP address is not used in the Phone Directory Database.
