Clearing the Caller IDs Stored in Memory (Only for FAX-525DT)

For the most effective use of the machine’s memory, it is recommended that you should clear the Caller IDs stored in the machine’s memory.

1Press Erase when the display shows the number.

2Press 1 to erase. Press 2 to exit.

Printing the Caller ID List

1Press Caller ID (Set for Ireland).

2Press Start.

Registering Caller ID information into One Touch, Speed Dial

You can register the Caller ID into One-touch or Speed Dial numbers.

1Press Caller ID (Set for Ireland). The screen displays:

SELECT { } & SET

2Press Z or X to scroll through the Call IDs in the memory.

3Press Set. When the display shows the number you want to register.

4Press One touch key or Speed Dial key (and Number key) and press Set.

5Enter name, and press Set.

6Select the type of number (FAX, TEL, F/T), and press Set.

7Press Stop to exit.

If the user tries to register Caller ID log to the One Touch or Speed Dial already registered, the rejection tone sounds and the LCD shows
