Direct Access Function Keys

The following table lists the Workcentre’s Direct Access Function Keys which are located in the left of the Control Panel. The Direct Access Function Keys automate 14 of the most frequently used WorkCentre features.

Description	Function

Activity	Prints a list of Transmission Communications, Receive
Activity	Communications, or both.

Phonebook	Prints a list of telephone/facsimile numbers stored in
Phonebook	memory. Available reports include Alphabet, Speed Dialing,
	One Touch, and Group Dialing numbers.

Confirm.	Sets the Confirmation report options for the current job being
Confirm.	Faxed, Polled, or Broadcast.

Tone	Option to temporarily switch from pulse to tone dial (DTMF).
