Calling for Service

If you have an error with the machine which you are unable correct using this troubleshooting section here or using System Administrator’s Guide on the CD-ROM, please contact the customer Support Center. Before calling, please have the serial number of the machine available and any messages that are displayed.

Europe - Refer to the Warranty Pack provided with your machine for your support centre telephone number.

South America and the rest of the world - Please contact your local service provider.

Paper Jam

If a paper jam occurs during a reception or copying operation, the message “PAPER JAM XX” is displayed. If this occurs, follow the procedure below.

The code number "XX" indicates the location where the paper jam has occurred as shown in the table below.
