The Alphabet Phonebook Reports prints a list of all Remote Station names assigned to Speed Dial numbers, One Touch Keys, and Groups in alphabetical order.

The following information is printed on the Alphabet Phonebook Report.

To print the Alphabet Phonebook Report:

1. Press:

Phonebook

The Alphabet Phonebook Report: prints then the machine returns to the Standby Mode.
