Card Services

Card Services, which is usually supplied with your PC, coordinates PC Card access to device drivers, utilities, and application programs. The 3C589D PC Card supports Card Services, but does not require it to operate.

Card Services assigns the I/O Base Address, Interrupt Request Level, and CIS Memory Base Address for the 3C589D PC Card. For more information about Card Services, see Appendix A.

To install the PC Card, go to Chapter 2.
