SETTING UP SHOOTING FUNCTION

Interval shooting

Setting the mode to Interval allows you to take pictures of moving objects over a period of time, such as flowers or a sunset.

The power will automatically switch off after interval shooting is complete.

The interval time(30 seconds) and the number of the interval shots are displayed.

If the ENTER button is pressed after selecting interval shooting, the LCD monitor will display the INTERVAL SET menu, where the interval time and the amount of shots can be selected by using the direction buttons.

1 In the INTERVAL SET menu, you will be able to scroll through the time and shot options by using the 4 direction buttons. By pressing the ENTER button again, the CAPTURE menu screen will return with the updated information.

If you press the MENU button, the setup menu screen is canceled and the camera is ready for interval shooting.

2 The minimum interval shooting time is 30 seconds and the range of interval shots available is from 2 to 99.

3 The self timer lamp will flash rapidly in the last 5 seconds of interval shooting.

4 When the camera is getting ready for the interval shot, the LCD monitor goes off and the ( ) blinks on the LCD panel.

Reference

The *.tif file of the highest picture quality does not support the interval shot.

If you want to stop the interval shot while you are using it, turn the mode dial or press the POWER button
