Some cable TV companiesoffer"premiumpay channels".Since the signalsof these premiumpay channelsare scrambled,a cable TV converter/descramblerisgenerallyprovidedto thesubscriberbythe cableTV company.

Thisconverter/descrambleris necessaryfor normalviewingof the scrambledchannels.For more specificinstructionson installingcable TV,consultyour cableTV company.One possiblemethodof utilizingthe converter/descramblerprovided by your cable TV companyis explainedbelow.Pleasenote:AnRFswitchprovidedwithtwoinputs(AandB)is required(notsupplied).

Thefollowingis abriefexplanationof the typeof connectionsthatareprovidedwiththe variousantennasystems.

1.A 75-ohmsystem is generallya round cablewith F-type connectorthat can easilybeattachedto aterminalwithouttools(notsupplied).

2. A3O0-ohmsystem is aflat "twin-lead"cablethat can beattachedto a 75-ohm
