In the event that the AUTO CLOCK has still not been set, even after turning off the power for a few hours, it could be that XDS signals are not being broadcast in your area. In this case, the clock should be set manually (See page 19 for manual clock settings.)

If the antenna signal is weak, the AUTO CLOCK function may not operate properly.

The AUTO CLOCK will not function if there is no XDS signal broadcast.

Select a channel that carries XDS signals with the or button.
