3.Repeatedly press SEL or SEL to highlight INPUT SELECT, press SET to select LINE, then press MENU twice. The menu disappears and LINE appears on the TV screen.

Or, repeatedly press CH or CH to set the TV/VCR to one channel higher than the highest channel (or one channel lower than the lowest channel number). LINE appears on the TV screen.

4.Repeatedly press SPEED on the remote control until the desired recording speed (SP, LP, or SLP) appears.

5.Press REC/TIME on the remote control, or PLAY/REPEAT and RECORD at the same time on the front panel, to begin recording.

6.Start the dubbing source.

Note: You can edit out unwanted parts of the original recording by using PAUSE on the remote control while dubbing is in progress.

7.Press STOP to stop recording before it automatically stops at the end of the tape. Then stop the dubbing source.
