Changing the On-Screen Language

Follow these steps to change the on-screen programming language.

1.Press MENU to display the main menu.

2.Repeatedly press PLAY or STOP to high- light the fourth menu selection, then press FF. (The title of the fourth menu selection differs depending on the language cur- rently selected).

Resetting the VCR’s Memory

You can erase all settings (including the time, local channels, and programmed events) at any time. Eject any loaded tape, then hold down PLAY and CHANNEL s on the VCR for about 5 seconds until it turns itself off. All set- tings are cleared.

The next time you turn on the VCR, it performs its initial setup sequence. See “Setting the On- Screen Language/Connection Type/Channels/ Clock” on Page 15.
