•Although you can do Timer Recording either power off or on, you’ll need to turn power off for Auto Set of “VCR Plus+ CH SET UP” except watching a disc. (See p. 26).

• the program (e.g. sports event) may run over set stop time.

• cancel Timer Recording in progress.

• review, replace, or clear program contents.

Important for DSS/ Cable Box Users

• When recording via DSS, the receiver must be left on. When recording

via cable or antenna, DSS Receiver must be off.

• When recording via Cable Box, leave the box on.

Notes

• Do not overlap program times.

• PlusCode numbers cannot be used to program VCR to record DSS and Cable Box channels.

• Make each entry within 1 minute or the VCR will exit setup mode.

• Once VCR Plus+ Channel Setup is done, channels stay in memory.

If a power interruption occurs,

VCR Plus+ Channel Setup may be lost. Please do VCR Plus+ Channel Setup again.

• Obtain unlisted PlusCode numbers by calling 1 - 900 - 454 - 7587. Call

costs about $.95 per minute.
