4.If necessary, you may enter position off- set to refine Decca position. Select DECCA CORRECTION1 or CORREC- TION2 and press the soft key EDIT. En- ter correction value and press the soft key ENTER or the [ENTER] key. Use the soft key + <--> - to switch from plus to minus and vice versa.

SOUNDER SETUP OPTIONS menu description

NOISE LIMITER

Suppresses interference from other acous- tic equipment operating nearby or other elec- tronic equipment on your boat. For further details see page 2-6.

CLUTTER

Suppresses low level noise due to dirty wa- ter or noise, and the default setting is AUTO. See page 2-7.

WHITE MARKER

Displays selected echo color in white. For fur- ther details see page 2-8.

HUE

Select echo color and background color. See page 2-9 for further details.

SIGNAL LEVEL

Erases selected echo color. See page 2-8.

PICTURE ADVANCE

Selects picture advance speed. See page 2-9.

E/S WINDOW

Selects the width of the sounder display. See page 2-4.

RANGE SETUP soft key

Ranges, zoom range and bottom-lock range are preset at factory and are suitable for most fishing conditions. However, you may change them as follows to suit your needs.

1.Press the [MENU] key.

2.Press the soft key SOUNDER SETUP OPTIONS.
