USB Configuration
USB Function
This feature allows you to enable the USB Ports. The options are Disabled and
Enabled.
Legacy USB Support
Select Enabled to enable USB Legacy support. Disable legacy support if there are no USB devices installed in the system. The options are Disabled, Enabled, and Auto.
USB 2.0 Controller
This setting allows you to enable or disable the USB 2.0 Controller. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
USB 2.0 Controller Mode
This setting allows you to confi gure the USB 2.0 Controller Mode. The options are
USB Mass Storage Device Configurations
USB Mass Storage Reset Delay
This setting allows you to decide how long the system should wait in an attempt to detect the presence of a USB Mass Storage Device before it issues a start command the system to proceed with the next operation during POST. The options are 10 Seconds, 20 Seconds, 30 Seconds and 40 Seconds.
Emulation Type
If set to Auto, USB devices that are smaller than 530MB will be emulated as
floppy and the remaining will be emulated as an HDD. The Forced FDD option will allow you to confi gure an HDD formatted drive to boot as an FDD (eg. Zip Drive). The options are Auto, Floppy, Forced FDD, Hard Disk, and CD ROM.
