Notes:

•The Zoom function may not work with some DVDs.

•The Zoom function can also be used while playback is paused or during slow-motion playback.

•The Zoom function cannot be used to zoom menus.

With the Time Search function you can locate specific points.

1Press the [SEARCH] button twice.

With the Zoom function you can enlarge any part of the picture.

1During playback, press the

[ZOOM ON] button.

Press the [+] part of the ZOOM [+/–] button to zoom in.

Press the [–] part of the ZOOM [+/–] button to zoom out.

The following levels of zoom are available:

1/4, 1/2, x1, x2, x4

To enter, for example, 2 minutes, 15 seconds, press [2], [1], and [5].

Playback starts from the specified point.

Notes:

•Time search works within the currently playing title (DVD-Video/DVD-VR) or track (DVD-Audio, SACD, VCD, CD). If, for example, the current title is one hour long and you enter 1 hour, 30 minutes, noth- ing will happen.

•In some cases, playback may start from a slightly dif- ferent point to the one that you specify.

•Time search may not work with some discs.

•Time search cannot be used while a DVD-Video menu is displayed onscreen, or while a VCD that supports PBC is playing.

•The [SEARCH] button cannot be used during random playback.
