HF-Pegel / RF level display / Nivel A.F.

L1

Hinweis:

Der Empfänger EM 1031-U hat eine automatische

Rauschsperre ASC (Automatic Squelch Control),

die beim Unterschreiten einer festgelegten

HF-Leistung bzw. bei zu hohem Rauschen den

Empfänger stummschaltet.

The RF level is displayed by an LED meter L1 which allows you to estimate the RF power with which a transmitted signal is received. If less than 3 green LEDs are lit, reception will become noisy.

Change the receiver´s position or use remote antennae (see also “Fault finding”).

N.B.:

The EM 1031-U is fitted with an automatic squelch

control (ASC) which mutes the receiver when the

RF power falls below a certain value to prevent

the reception becoming too noisy.
