6.Why the screen is black after I switch off and on the power?

The power supply comes with the DVR has a built-in protection mechanism. After the power is shut down, you have to wait for at least 5 seconds before turn it on again. Turn off the power, wait for 5 seconds, and turn it on again. If this does not correct the problem, contact your Mace technical support hotline.
